Athletics
“Excellence is the Result of Caring more than others think is Wise, Risking more than others think is Safe, Dreaming more than others think is Practical, and Expecting more than others think is Possible.” ― Ronnie Oldham
Nothing describes our athletic program better than the list of achievements this school has had in its short 12 year history. Nothing epitomizes the force of this characteristic than our Athletic Director and team coach, Raymond Grant. He absolutely believes in the potential he sees in each child to achieve set goals through honest preparation. As a result of his vision, CLC has received these honors:

Performing Arts
Every child at CLC gets his opportunity to occupy our stages. They are incorporated into each chapel service where they read publicly, lead the school in singing, play the instruments and recite our pledges. The annual "Come Sing Noel" Concert Series, hosted by the Barrhaven United Church, affords the children opportunity to display their gifts to a larger audience of usually more than 200.
They are taught to sing (in three harmonic parts), to play the keyboards and drums, to dance and to act. They create their own videos and slide shows as well.
